If you have additional household members who wish to benefit from our services, they can be added to your membership for $149 per month each. This allows every member of your household to experience the premium benefits and personalized attention that our service guarantees. Additionally, we understand the importance of sharing luxury experiences with loved ones, which is why we offer buddy passes. Returns to the store, dry cleaning, prescriptions, among the most common tasks. Errands are completed in our personal vehicle.

Services are available for booking within 24 hours (sometimes less) of membership approval. Customers pay a one-time service initiation fee (deposit), which is due after a brief consultation. The Service Initiation Fee ranges $200 - $1600, depending on the service, monthly plan or similar factor, and is assessed one-time per household. Any future fees are agreed upon before any services are rendered.

If you need to cancel your booked Concierge Service, please inform us as soon as possible. We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending on the service booked. You can reach out to our customer support team via phone or email to notify us of the cancellation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, please note that a $36 cancellation fee will apply. In many instances we avoid charging our customers fees but for excessive cancellations, or last minute cancellations we must apply the fee.
